This 360-square-meter space combines traditional Scottish hospitality with the practical requirements of modern meetings, creating an atmosphere that works equally well for corporate conferences and celebratory banquets. The room's flexibility becomes apparent as soon as you start planning your event. We can configure the space for 350 delegates in theatre style, perfect for presentations and keynote speeches. For workshops requiring desk space, our classroom setup accommodates 200 participants comfortably. When it's time for networking receptions, the suite opens up to welcome 400 guests, while formal dinners seat 280 around round tables under the warm glow of our chandeliers. Those chandeliers deserve a mention, actually. They cast a particularly flattering light across the room, compensating beautifully for the lack of windows. Combined with the rich wood paneling and plush carpeting, they create an atmosphere that keeps energy levels up even during day-long conferences.
