The Dobson Lounge welcomes up to 60 delegates into a thoughtfully designed meeting space where patterned wallpaper and warm lighting create an atmosphere that's both professional and inviting. We've configured this room countless times for different groups, from intimate board meetings of 30 people in our U-shape setup to larger presentations accommodating 60 in theatre style. Rich red chairs provide comfortable seating throughout long strategy sessions, while our carpeted floors help maintain the focused quiet that productive meetings require. The elegant chandeliers overhead cast excellent light across the room, ensuring everyone can see clearly whether they're taking notes or following along with presentations on our large projection screen. We know that successful meetings depend on having the right tools at hand. That's why we've equipped the Dobson Lounge with both digital and analogue presentation options, including our projection system and traditional flip charts for those spontaneous brainstorming moments.
