As one third of our larger University Suite, Christchurch maintains all the professional features you need while creating a more intimate atmosphere for focused discussions. The room adapts effortlessly to your requirements, with round tables and contemporary seating that we can arrange in theatre style for 50, classroom layout for 45, or U-shaped for 36 participants. Our cabaret setup accommodates 40 when you need delegates working in smaller groups. We've equipped the space with high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works under pressure, plus LCD projectors for crystal-clear presentations. You control the temperature with individual air conditioning units, keeping everyone comfortable during intensive workshops or lengthy strategy sessions. Between sessions, your team can stretch their legs in our dedicated breakout areas where we serve proper coffee, tea, fresh fruit and biscuits throughout the day. Our Oxford location on Godstow Road puts you minutes from the city centre with straightforward motorway connections, something previous clients particularly appreciate when gathering teams from across the South and Midlands. Parking starts free for the first hour, then £2 for up to four hours. The Pear Tree Park & Ride, a 10-minute walk away, offers all-day parking at £4 for longer events. Ground floor access means no wrestling with lifts when carrying presentation materials or equipment.
