This 70-square-metre space on our lower ground floor conference level comfortably seats up to 40 participants in its current U-shape configuration, though we can reconfigure the layout to accommodate 70 theatre-style or 50 for banquet seating. The room's neutral tones and considered lighting design help maintain concentration during those crucial strategy sessions. We've installed natural daylight bulbs throughout, compensating for the lack of windows while keeping energy levels high during extended discussions. Our adjustable air-conditioning means you control the temperature, whether you're running an intensive training workshop or hosting back-to-back presentations. Every technical detail has been sorted for you. The LCD screen and projector are ready to display your content, while flipcharts stand prepared for brainstorming sessions. Multiple power sockets dot the room, so laptops and devices stay charged throughout the day. When you need to focus attention on presentations, our blackout controls eliminate any distractions. Between sessions, your delegates can stretch their legs in the shared breakout area just outside, where coffee stations and comfortable seating encourage those valuable corridor conversations.
