Meeting Room 01 is where many of our clients seal their most important deals. This eight-person boardroom sits on the first floor, wrapped in the quiet professionalism that serious discussions demand. The long white table anchors the room, surrounded by black chairs that keep everyone comfortable through those extended strategy sessions and contract negotiations. We've kept the design deliberately clean, letting your ideas take centre stage. A linear pendant light runs the length of the table, casting just the right amount of light for reading documents or taking notes. The conference phone at the table's centre connects you instantly to remote team members, while the wall clock helps you manage time without constantly checking your phone. Contemporary artwork adds visual interest without becoming a distraction. Our venue attracts everyone from tech startups mapping out their next product launch to consultancy firms conducting client workshops. The boardroom setup works particularly well for presentations, with clear sightlines from every seat. We've hosted everything from investor pitches to departmental reviews in here, and the focused atmosphere helps teams make decisions efficiently. Between meetings, you might grab a proper flat white from our coffee shop downstairs, or step outside for a walk along the River Gade that runs past the building.
