Our ground floor Seminar Room 4 accommodates groups who need flexibility without compromising on functionality. The rectangular space works particularly well for training sessions, team workshops and strategy meetings, with natural daylight keeping everyone focused throughout the day. We regularly reconfigure this room based on your requirements. Theatre style fits 35 delegates comfortably, while boardroom setup seats 22 around the table for more collaborative discussions. The U-shape arrangement (14 seats) proves popular for interactive training, and classroom style works perfectly for 12 participants who need desk space for laptops and materials. For dining events, we can seat 28 guests. The room comes equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and pull-down screen, positioned for clear visibility from every seat. We provide a flipchart and lectern as standard, and our PA system ensures everyone can hear clearly, even in larger groups. The induction loop system supports attendees with hearing aids, and complimentary Wi-Fi covers the entire room with reliable speeds for video calls and presentations.
