Our Main Hall offers 142 square metres of adaptable conference space right in the heart of Old Headington. With capacity for 200 delegates in theatre-style seating, plus an additional 20 seats on the first-floor balcony, we regularly host corporate conferences, training seminars, and large team meetings that benefit from the room's excellent acoustics and sight lines. The raised platform at the front naturally draws focus to speakers and presenters, while our permanently installed screen and PA system mean you can start your presentation the moment you arrive. We've positioned the microphone system to ensure every participant, whether seated at the front or on the balcony level, catches every word clearly. High windows bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day, though we can adjust the blinds when you need optimal screen visibility. The hall's clean, uncluttered design helps maintain concentration during long sessions. We keep the space deliberately minimal, letting you configure it exactly as your meeting requires. The neutral colour scheme and modern finishes create a professional backdrop without distracting from your content. Between sessions, delegates often appreciate stepping into our coffee lounge for refreshments or taking a breather in our garden, particularly during intensive training days. Previous organisers tell us the peaceful atmosphere here, away from central Oxford's bustle, helps their teams stay focused and engaged throughout their events. You'll find us at 78 Old High Street, with the park and ride stopping almost at our door. While street parking is limited to two hours, the Waitrose car park sits just a short walk away. Local cafes and restaurants nearby provide plenty of options for lunch breaks or post-meeting discussions, and guests frequently mention how our Minister and team make them feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.

A lovely welcome from the Minister and such a lovely welcoming space and Garden if required for a break.
Parking not great, but there us an opportunity to use the park and ride. There is also parking at the local Waitrose
