This room works particularly well for teams who need focused discussion time, with its long white table comfortably seating up to 10 people in boardroom configuration. Natural light fills the space through generous windows overlooking Fleet Street, where the daily rhythm of London's legal and financial districts plays out below. We've positioned the wall-mounted TV at the perfect angle for presentations, while modern pendant lighting ensures clarity even during those late afternoon sessions that stretch into evening. The room comes equipped with conference call facilities built into the table, and we keep the sideboard stocked with water and glasses throughout your booking. Our minimalist shelving adds visual interest without cluttering the space, incorporating subtle green touches that echo the building's blend of heritage and contemporary design. From a practical standpoint, The Sun sits within our newly refurbished workspace, meaning you have immediate access to our business lounge if you need pre-meeting preparation time or post-meeting debriefs. Our support team remains on hand throughout your booking to assist with any technical requirements or additional catering needs. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with City Thameslink and Blackfriars stations both within walking distance. Many of our regular users appreciate being able to schedule back-to-back meetings with clients from the surrounding law firms and financial institutions without the usual London transport hassles.
