The Orbit combines the industrial cool of Shoreditch with everything you need for productive meetings. This boardroom sits on the upper floors of our venue, where exposed ductwork meets polished wood and leather, creating a space that feels both professional and creative. We've designed The Orbit around a substantial boardroom table that seats 14 comfortably, with proper leather chairs that support you through those longer strategy sessions. The large-screen TV at the head of the room connects easily to your devices, and yes, we keep spare cables in the drawer because someone always forgets theirs. Our IT team regularly checks the Wi-Fi strength here, knowing how crucial reliable connectivity is when you're presenting to clients or collaborating with remote colleagues. Natural light filters through the windows, complemented by LED lighting that keeps the whiteboard clearly visible for afternoon brainstorming. The refreshment station sits discreetly in the corner, stocked with proper coffee, selection of teas, and filtered water. Our reception team typically asks about your coffee preferences when you arrive and ensures the room has fresh supplies throughout your booking. The space works particularly well for board meetings, client pitches, and team workshops where you need everyone focused around one table. We've noticed groups appreciate the enclosed nature of The Orbit, as it provides proper acoustic privacy for confidential discussions while maintaining that creative Shoreditch energy through the industrial design elements. Old Street station is a four-minute walk through the backstreets, while Liverpool Street takes about eight minutes if you know the shortcuts.
