The bright yellow chairs around our boardroom table catch everyone's eye when they first walk in. We chose them deliberately, knowing that colour psychology plays a real role in keeping energy levels high during long strategy sessions. Our Boardroom sits at the heart of our Slough facility, where up to 15 people can gather for presentations, workshops, or those crucial client meetings that shape business futures. The 85-inch LED smart screen dominates one wall, but it's the Zoom Rooms integration that members tell us makes the real difference. With built-in microphones, camera, and audiovisual bar, remote participants feel genuinely present in the room. We've watched teams seamlessly switch between in-person brainstorming on our whiteboards and virtual collaboration with colleagues across continents, all without missing a beat. Natural light streams through the large window, creating an open feel while the pegboard walls add both texture and acoustic benefits. We can arrange the space in multiple configurations: theatre style for product demonstrations, classroom layout for training sessions, or the traditional boardroom setup for eight when you need that focused discussion format. The U-shaped arrangement works particularly well for interactive workshops, while cabaret style suits creative sessions where teams need to break into smaller groups. Our location in The Future Works building means you're steps away from Slough station, making it simple for clients and team members to reach us. Between sessions, many groups head up to our rooftop terrace where Windsor Castle provides an unexpected backdrop for coffee breaks. The on-site café handles catering requests, though you're welcome to bring in external suppliers if you prefer. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, while practical touches like flipcharts and complimentary Wi-Fi ensure productive sessions. Our venue remains accessible 24/7, so early morning or evening meetings fit naturally into busy schedules.
