Our DYOR meeting room sits on the second floor, where natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Oxford Street bustle below. We designed this space for teams of up to 8 who need flexibility in how they work together. The high table with adjustable seating means you can switch between sitting and standing throughout your session, keeping energy levels up during those longer strategy meetings. The room catches your eye with its bold yellow accents and that distinctive ceiling installation our members often photograph. We've installed an LED screen with built-in webcam and microphone for crystal-clear hybrid meetings, plus a conference phone for when you need to loop in remote colleagues. The high-speed internet handles whatever demands you throw at it, from video calls to live demonstrations. What makes DYOR particularly popular is how the space adapts to different meeting styles. Morning light creates an energising atmosphere for brainstorming sessions, while the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intense afternoon workshops. The boardroom setup works equally well for client presentations, team catch-ups, or focused project discussions. You'll find us just two minutes' walk from Oxford Circus Underground, making it simple for everyone to get here. The room sits within our larger creative workspace, where two floors above Oxford Street house everything from our kaleidoscopic atrium to sun-drenched terraces. While you're here for your meeting, you'll have access to our shared kitchens for refreshments and printing services if you need last-minute handouts.
