Meeting Room 2 at our venue sits on the first floor, where large windows frame Bradford's cityscape and flood the space with natural daylight. We've watched countless productive sessions unfold here, from intensive training workshops to strategic board meetings, all benefiting from the energising atmosphere that proper daylight brings to a working day. The room comfortably hosts up to 40 people in theatre style, though we find many groups prefer our classroom setup for 21 or the boardroom configuration for 14. Our modular furniture means we can shift from U-shaped arrangements for interactive workshops to banquet style for working lunches, adjusting the space to match how you actually want to work. The large wooden table anchors the room, surrounded by chairs we've chosen for comfort during those longer sessions. We keep the LCD projector ready to go, with a pull-down white screen that drops smoothly into place when you need it. The adjustable air-conditioning responds quickly when afternoon sessions get warm, and blackout facilities ensure your slides stay crisp and visible even on bright days. Our stationery toolkit sits stocked in the corner, complete with markers that actually write and Post-its that actually stick. The sideboard holds chilled mineral water throughout the day, alongside bowls of sweets and fresh fruit that tend to disappear fastest during afternoon energy dips. Just outside, our shared breakout area houses proper bean-to-cup coffee machines, the kind that produce genuine espresso rather than the usual conference coffee. We notice how naturally conversations flow there between sessions, teams regrouping over proper coffee before diving back into their agenda. From Thornton Road, delegates find us easily, with transport links that work whether they're arriving by car or train. Everything runs from one building, keeping your day focused and productive.
