The Tyne room works brilliantly for those conversations that really matter. We've set it up with a round table that seats four comfortably, which we find creates the right dynamic for strategy sessions, client catch-ups or those focused team discussions where everyone needs to contribute. You'll have a proper whiteboard on the wall, not one of those tiny flip charts, so there's plenty of space for mapping out ideas or working through problems together. The chairs are the kind you can actually sit in for a couple of hours without fidgeting, and we've positioned the table to make the most of the natural light coming in. We keep things simple in here, no unnecessary distractions, just what you need to get work done. There's a plant that one of our members donated when they moved to a bigger office, and somehow it's become part of the room's character. The space feels private enough that you can have frank discussions without worrying about being overheard. Our venue sits right on Grainger Street, which means your clients can walk here from Newcastle Central Station in about five minutes. That's particularly handy when you're bringing people in from London or Edinburgh for the day. The reception team will point them in the right direction when they arrive, and there's always fresh coffee in the kitchen areas if you want to grab some before your meeting starts. The Tyne gets used for all sorts of purposes by our members, recruitment interviews, project planning sessions, partnership negotiations, even the occasional podcast recording when someone needs a quiet corner. Whatever brings you here, you'll find it's a space that just lets you focus on the conversation at hand.
