The Auditorium transforms what was once a sacred space into one of Leeds' most impressive conference venues. Step through the doors and you'll find yourself in a soaring room where original church architecture meets contemporary meeting needs, with wooden paneling and tall windows flooding the space with Yorkshire daylight. We've arranged 350 comfortable chairs in traditional theatre style, each with plush green cushions that keep delegates comfortable through full-day conferences. The elevated stage commands attention naturally, equipped with everything presenters need: a modern lectern, projector casting onto our large screen, plus an additional TV monitor ensuring everyone catches every detail. Our PA system fills the space clearly, and we've installed hearing loops throughout so all attendees can participate fully. The grandeur of the original church design creates an atmosphere that elevates any gathering. Those high ceilings and architectural details lend gravitas to AGMs and annual conferences, while the warm wood tones keep the feeling approachable for training days and corporate presentations. Natural light streams through the historic windows, reducing the need for harsh artificial lighting and keeping energy levels high throughout your event. Our venue sits just a 15-minute walk from Leeds train station, making arrival straightforward for delegates traveling from across Yorkshire and beyond. The city centre location means lunch options abound, though our catering team can arrange everything from morning refreshments to working lunches delivered right to the Auditorium. Need breakout space? The adjoining Community Room accommodates 30 people with its own AV setup, perfect for workshop sessions or smaller group discussions. Our Event Manager coordinates between spaces seamlessly, ensuring your agenda flows smoothly whether you're hosting 50 or 350 attendees.
