The Drawing Room remains one of our most requested spaces, and once you step inside, you'll understand why. Sunlight pours through the large bay windows, illuminating the ornate plasterwork that runs along our high ceilings, while the original Victorian chandelier casts interesting patterns across the deep blue conference tables below. We've found this natural brightness keeps energy levels up throughout day-long sessions, though we've installed blackout blinds for when presentations demand a darker environment. This versatile room comfortably seats 25 delegates around our boardroom table, or we can reconfigure for 40 in theatre style when you need a more formal presentation setup. The period fireplace serves as an elegant focal point without dominating discussions, and carefully chosen artwork adds visual interest to the walls. What many clients particularly appreciate is how the soundproof bi-fold doors connect to the Study next door, allowing you to expand your meeting space or create separate breakout areas as needed. Our team regularly arranges the Drawing Room for different meeting styles, from U-shaped layouts for training sessions to cabaret rounds for interactive workshops. The plush seating keeps everyone comfortable during extended meetings, while filtered water stations and proper tea and coffee facilities mean refreshments are always within easy reach.
