Our Fairway meeting room gets its name from those floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the golf bays beyond, where you can watch players testing their swings between your presentations. We've configured this space to work brilliantly for groups of all sizes, with boardroom setups for 40, classroom arrangements for training sessions, or banquet-style dining for up to 60 guests. The room itself feels refreshingly different from typical corporate spaces. Those large screens mounted on the walls connect seamlessly to your devices for presentations, while our contemporary lighting system lets you adjust the mood from bright working conditions to something more relaxed for evening receptions. We regularly rearrange the black chairs and round tables depending on what each group needs, whether that's U-shaped configurations for workshops or cocktail-style setups for networking events. Natural light pours through those expansive windows throughout the day, though we have blackout options when you need to focus attention on screen content. The neutral palette with blue accent beams creates a professional backdrop that photographs well for any corporate communications or social media coverage of your event. We're on the ground floor with lift access, making arrival straightforward for all attendees.
