The polished wooden table in our Chaucer Suite comfortably seats ten people, making it one of our most requested spaces for boardroom meetings and training sessions. We've positioned comfortable black leather chairs around the table, each fully adjustable so everyone stays focused during longer sessions. Our venue designed this basement room with professional meetings in mind. The large wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations and video conferences, and we've made sure the technology is straightforward to operate. The contemporary wood panelling creates a calm atmosphere, while artwork featuring London landmarks adds character without distraction. Though situated in the basement without natural light, we've carefully planned the lighting to keep the space bright and energising throughout your meeting. The neutral colour scheme helps maintain focus, and our air conditioning keeps the temperature just right, whatever the weather outside. The suite works particularly well for strategy sessions, team briefings, and client presentations. We regularly host training workshops here, with delegates appreciating how the intimate size encourages participation while still feeling spacious. Video conferences run smoothly thanks to our reliable high-speed internet connection. Getting here couldn't be easier, with London Bridge Station just a short walk away. The basement location includes full disabled access, ensuring all your delegates can join comfortably. We were extremely pleased with the facilities, the room was clean, well-ventilated, and to a high standard; well-stocked with tea, coffee and snacks; all of the A/V equipment was easy to use, and we would definitely book the space again. Thanks for your help!

This was the best meeting room we've booked to date. Despite being in a central location, close to the train station, it was incredibly spacious. We loved it so much we're going back again next week!
