We find the carpeted floors help maintain acoustics during presentations, while the professional atmosphere keeps teams focused on their objectives. For training sessions, the classroom arrangement seats 18 participants comfortably, each with clear sightlines to the presentation screen. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for workshops, accommodating 16 attendees who need to interact with both the presenter and each other.
