The boardroom table stretches across the Grand Union room, surrounded by 22 bright orange chairs that bring energy to morning strategy sessions and afternoon workshops alike. We positioned the large flatscreen TV and ceiling-mounted projector to give everyone clear sightlines, whether you're presenting quarterly figures or connecting with remote colleagues via video conference. Our team keeps the red sideboard stocked with proper coffee, tea and water throughout your booking. We've found that having refreshments within arm's reach, rather than down the hall, keeps conversations flowing and people focused. The air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature year-round, particularly useful during those intensive all-day sessions when 22 minds are working hard together. The room sits away from external windows, creating a contained environment where confidential discussions stay private and distractions remain minimal. The artificial lighting has been carefully calibrated to keep everyone alert without causing screen glare during presentations. We've configured the AV setup to switch seamlessly between laptop presentations and video calls, because fumbling with cables wastes valuable meeting time.
