Our ground floor Carmarthen Suite opens directly off the main reception area, giving your delegates immediate access to the bar and restaurant during breaks. We've designed this space specifically for larger meetings and presentations, with 120 theatre-style seats arranged in clear sightlines to the built-in projection screen. The room runs deep rather than wide, creating better acoustics for speakers and ensuring everyone can hear clearly during presentations. Our AV system includes wireless microphones and laptop connectivity, while the ceiling-mounted projector delivers sharp images even with the lights on. We position water stations at both ends of the room, so delegates don't need to squeeze past rows during sessions. Professional blue conference chairs provide proper back support for full-day events, and we can quickly reconfigure the layout between sessions. For examinations, we space individual desks throughout the room with regulated distances. Product launches work particularly well here, with space at the front for display areas and the bar nearby for networking afterwards. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even when we're at full capacity, while high-speed Wi-Fi extends throughout the space for live streaming or delegate participation. Being on the ground floor means no waiting for lifts, and the adjoining facilities allow natural movement during coffee breaks without crossing through other events. For training sessions, we arrange 60 delegates in classroom style with tables for laptops and materials. The U-shaped configuration seats 60 for board meetings where interaction matters, while cabaret rounds for 80 work well for workshops requiring group discussions. When you need banquet seating, we accommodate 80 guests with proper spacing for catering service. The M4 junction three miles away brings delegates from across Wales, while our 132 guest rooms provide accommodation for multi-day conferences. Free parking removes arrival stress, letting participants focus on your content rather than logistics.
