The Wytham Room combines functionality with flexibility across its 57 square metres of thoughtfully designed meeting space. This medium-sized room works particularly well for team workshops, training sessions, and focused board meetings, with the soft blue carpeting and neutral walls creating an atmosphere that helps participants stay engaged without distraction. We've configured the room to adapt to your specific needs, whether that's hosting 30 delegates in theatre style for a presentation, arranging 20 seats around our boardroom table for strategic discussions, or setting up 16 desks classroom-style for training programmes. The U-shaped layout for 18 participants proves especially popular for interactive workshops where eye contact and group discussion matter. Your presentations come to life on the portable TV screen, which we position for optimal viewing from every seat. The overhead lighting keeps the space bright and energising throughout your session, compensating for the windowless design that actually helps maintain focus by minimising outside distractions. At 5.8 by 11.5 metres, the proportions create an intimate yet spacious feel that encourages participation without feeling cramped. The direct connection to the Ridgeway Room adds valuable flexibility, particularly when you need a private space for breakout discussions or want to expand your meeting area. This adjoining access proves invaluable during larger conferences in our Cotswold Hall, where the Wytham serves as a natural breakout space for smaller group work.
