Our ground floor Seminar Room 3 has become a favourite among training teams and department heads who need a space that works as hard as they do. The rectangular layout gives you 40 seats in theatre style, though many groups prefer the boardroom setup for 26, which creates better eye contact during strategy sessions. Natural light pours in through the large windows, keeping energy levels up during those intensive workshop days. We've installed adjustable blinds so you can control the brightness when using our ceiling-mounted projector, which throws a crisp image onto the pull-down screen. The neutral walls and soft carpeting absorb sound nicely, meaning your discussions stay focused without echo or distraction. We keep the room stocked with a flipchart easel and colourful markers, perfect for capturing ideas during brainstorming sessions. The movable tables come with built-in power outlets, so laptops stay charged throughout your meeting. Our conference chairs adjust for comfort, and we can reconfigure the entire space during your lunch break if you need a different setup for the afternoon. The room includes teleconferencing facilities and a PA system for those joining remotely, plus our building-wide superfast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. We've installed an induction loop system for attendees with hearing aids, and with no steps to navigate, the space remains fully accessible.
