Walk into the Hawksworth Suite and you'll immediately notice how the natural light transforms the space throughout the day. We've positioned this ground-floor meeting room to catch the best of the Yorkshire daylight through those generous windows, which open onto our private terrace where delegates often gather during coffee breaks. The room itself handles everything from board meetings to product launches with ease. We can seat 200 in theatre style when you need maximum capacity, or create a more intimate setting with 60 around a U-shaped table for strategy sessions. The chandeliers overhead add character without being fussy, working nicely with the neutral walls that make your presentations pop on screen. Our technical setup includes projectors, flipcharts and Wi-Fi that actually reaches every corner, plus we've got a private bar area tucked to one side. That comes in handy when your afternoon session wraps up and people want to continue conversations over a drink. The reception space works brilliantly for registration or as a breakout area when you need groups to split off for workshops. The terrace deserves a mention, it's become a favourite spot for informal discussions or just catching some fresh air between sessions. Being on the ground floor means no wrestling with lifts when you're moving equipment in, and our parking situation is sorted with plenty of free spaces right outside. We're tucked into the Aire Valley countryside, yet Bradford city centre is just 20 minutes down the road. That balance works well for teams who want to focus without feeling isolated.
