The Durham Suite sits on our third floor, where Georgian windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day. We've designed this room to work brilliantly for groups up to 50, whether you're running a training session, hosting a board meeting, or presenting to clients. The contemporary furnishings include modular tables we can arrange exactly how you need them. Twenty executives around a boardroom table? Done. Forty-five attendees in theatre style for your presentation? No problem. We often set up cabaret style for 32 when teams want to work in smaller groups during workshops. The comfortable seating and adjustable temperature controls mean your attendees stay focused, not fidgeting. At the front of the room, our large presentation screen comes with a sound bar for clear audio during video conferences. The AV setup handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to complex multimedia content, and our technical team are always nearby if you need support. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, whether they're joining remotely or sharing documents in real-time. The subtle wood paneling adds warmth to the modern design, creating a professional atmosphere that feels welcoming rather than corporate.
