Suite 3 at our venue offers exactly what Sheffield professionals need: a proper meeting space that works. Eight metres square with three-metre ceilings, this room gives you breathing space for everything from board meetings to training workshops. We've set it up to handle 46 people theatre-style, though many prefer the more collaborative feel of our cabaret setup for 28, or the focused boardroom arrangement for 20. Natural light fills the room through proper windows, something we know makes a real difference during long sessions. When presentation time comes, simply use the blackout controls and your content shows clearly on our LCD screen and projector setup. The air conditioning responds to your adjustments, not some central system three floors away, keeping everyone comfortable whether you're running morning strategy sessions or afternoon workshops. We keep the practical tools ready: flipchart, whiteboard, and WiFi that handles everyone's laptops and phones simultaneously. The projector connects easily to your devices, and we've positioned the screen so everyone gets a clear view, regardless of the seating arrangement you choose.
