The bow windows catch your eye first when you enter the Lethaby room, three grand arches that frame the garden views and pull daylight deep into this generous space. At 14.5 metres long, it's one of our larger meeting rooms, with those distinctive curved windows creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and refreshingly different from typical corporate venues. We've preserved the original green-tiled fireplace, which adds character without dominating the room. The polished wooden floors reflect the natural light beautifully, particularly during morning sessions when the sun streams through those east-facing windows. With 3.3-metre ceilings, even our largest theatre-style setups for 110 delegates feel spacious rather than crowded. The room works particularly well for training days and presentations. In boardroom configuration, we seat 42 comfortably around the table with plenty of elbow room. For workshops, the cabaret layout accommodates 70 people at round tables, leaving space for breakout discussions. The U-shaped arrangement for 45 has become popular with our corporate clients who want everyone facing the presenter while maintaining eye contact around the room. Our technical setup includes multiple power points positioned thoughtfully around the perimeter, video conferencing equipment, and Wi-Fi that actually handles 100 simultaneous connections without slowing. The natural cooling system keeps the temperature comfortable even during full-capacity summer events, and those who've used the space appreciate the absence of air conditioning noise during recordings or presentations. Recent feedback highlights how the room's brightness and garden views create a positive atmosphere for day-long sessions. Groups often comment on the convenience of our Bloomsbury location, with Russell Square and Kings Cross stations both within a ten-minute walk. The combination of practical modern facilities and the building's inherent character makes this an effective space for serious business meetings.

The room we had was lovely - a little small but we were able to spread out into the courtyard, so that was great. Staff on site were 100% helpful and professional the whole day. Will definitely use again.
