The Moore Room welcomes up to seven guests into a warm, sunlit space where productive meetings feel less like work and more like inspired collaboration. Our original yellow walls catch the morning light beautifully through generous windows, creating an atmosphere that energises without overwhelming. We've positioned the polished boardroom table to make the most of this natural brightness, surrounded by comfortable upholstered chairs that encourage those longer strategy sessions. Above, our geometric light fixtures add architectural interest while providing perfect illumination when London's weather turns grey. The room's artwork collection, carefully curated from local galleries, offers conversation starters during coffee breaks. We find these touches help break the ice, particularly during first-time client meetings or team workshops. For presentations, everything runs smoothly through our built-in AV system. The flatscreen TV sits within a purpose-built cabinet, connected to our PA system for crystal-clear audio. Conference calls connect instantly through our high-speed WiFi, and we've installed proper air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable year-round. The lift provides full wheelchair access, ensuring all your colleagues can join. Russell Square Station sits just a few minutes' walk away, with Holborn and Tottenham Court Road also nearby for those coming from different lines. Our venue occupies a restored 1898 building in Bloomsbury, where original architectural features blend with contemporary comfort throughout. Our in-house catering team can arrange anything from working lunches to celebration dinners, adapting menus to dietary requirements. For less formal gatherings, you're welcome to bring your own music or DJ, transforming the space from boardroom to private party venue. The Moore Room works equally well for board meetings, training sessions, interviews, or intimate product launches, adapting to whatever your day demands.
