The ergonomic chairs mean your team stays comfortable even during those lengthy strategy sessions, and we've positioned everything to encourage natural conversation flow. We've equipped the room with all the essentials you need for productive meetings. The data projector screen works seamlessly with our video conferencing setup, complete with camera and sound bar, so remote participants feel just as involved as those in the room. You'll find fresh pads and pens ready on the table, plus flipcharts for brainstorming sessions. The wall clock keeps everyone mindful of time, and we've added thoughtful touches like a floor lamp and fresh flowers to create a warmer atmosphere than your typical corporate meeting space. The room's professional design strikes the right balance, neither too formal nor too casual. While natural light is limited, we've installed quality artificial lighting that keeps the space bright and energising throughout the day. The wooden table anchors the room beautifully, and there's enough space to move around comfortably when you need to stretch or access the flipchart. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're right off the M40 and A34 in Oxford's East Point Business Park, with plenty of free parking directly outside.
