The Delhi room on the third floor accommodates up to 24 people around our substantial white boardroom table, making it one of our more spacious meeting venues. We've furnished it with light blue chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions, and the clean white walls help maintain focus throughout the day. Our team regularly sets up this room for board meetings, training workshops, and departmental briefings. The wall-mounted presentation screen works seamlessly with laptops for sharing reports and proposals, while the flip chart stands ready for brainstorming sessions. You'll find a conference phone centred on the table for bringing in remote participants, though most groups prefer to use their own devices for video calls. The warm wooden panelling along one wall softens the professional atmosphere, creating a balance between formality and approachability that works particularly well for client presentations. Being an interior room, Delhi offers complete privacy without external distractions, which our clients often request for confidential discussions or sensitive negotiations.
