The Swift room brings together everything you need for productive meetings in a space that feels both professional and comfortable. Walking into this 10.5 by 9 metre room, the warm orange walls create an energising atmosphere while natural daylight streams in, keeping everyone alert throughout your sessions. We've configured Swift to be genuinely flexible, accommodating 80 people theatre-style for presentations, 40 in classroom format for training sessions, or 22 in U-shape when discussion and collaboration matter most. For boardroom meetings, we can seat 28 comfortably. The ergonomic chairs make a real difference during full-day workshops, and delegates often comment on how the room layout encourages participation rather than passive listening. Our ceiling-mounted data projector and screen are permanently installed and regularly tested, so there's no scrambling with cables when you arrive. The free Wi-Fi reaches every corner reliably, and we've included DVD/Blu-ray and CD players for multimedia presentations. Display rails run along the walls for posters or flip charts, giving you multiple ways to share information with your group.
