The Cherry Room draws its name from the rich red carpeting that anchors this first-floor meeting space, where morning light pours through large windows overlooking the River Lagan. We've configured this room countless ways over the years, from intimate boardroom discussions for 32 to theatre-style presentations accommodating 70 delegates, and the versatility continues to surprise even us. At the heart of our technology offering sits a 75-inch interactive ActivPanel, which transforms presentations into engaging experiences. During video conferences, remote participants appear life-sized on screen while the room's natural acoustics ensure everyone hears clearly. The U-shaped configuration shown here works particularly well for training sessions, allowing up to 28 participants to maintain eye contact while working through materials together. What sets the Cherry Room apart is the adjoining balcony, where delegates often gather during coffee breaks when weather permits.
