The Project Room works brilliantly for teams who need space to spread out and dig into complex projects together. We've designed this room around a generous wooden table that seats 16 comfortably, with plenty of elbow room for laptops, notebooks, and those inevitable coffee cups that multiply during long sessions. What makes this space particularly effective is how it flows. Beyond the main boardroom table, we've added a separate seating area with sofas and armchairs where smaller groups can break away for side conversations or where early arrivals can settle in with their morning coffee. The warm wood paneling and carefully chosen lighting create an atmosphere that keeps energy levels up without feeling harsh or clinical. Our team has equipped the room with everything you need for productive sessions: a large presentation screen that actually connects to your devices without drama, whiteboards for mapping out ideas, and proper swivel chairs that won't leave anyone fidgeting after hour three. The soft lighting fixtures overhead provide just the right amount of illumination for both screen work and face-to-face discussions. You'll find us just minutes from both Chancery Lane and Holborn stations, making it simple for attendees coming from different directions. While the Project Room itself creates a focused environment for getting work done, the wider building offers plenty of breathing space. We offer this room on half-day or full-day bookings only, which gives your team proper time to settle in and make real progress.
