Eight commercial design brands collaborate in our Gee Street showroom, where we've carved out a dedicated Board Room that seats up to 12 people around a substantial wooden table. The space draws character from the surrounding furniture displays and design installations that change with our exhibitions, giving your meetings a creative backdrop you won't find in conventional offices. Glass walls let daylight flow through while maintaining privacy for confidential discussions. We've installed geometric wall panels in bold colours alongside textured surfaces that demonstrate the latest in commercial interior design. The ergonomic chairs keep everyone comfortable during lengthy sessions, and pendant lighting above the table creates focused illumination when natural light fades. For presentations and remote participants, we provide a large screen and video conferencing phone system that our regular users tell us works reliably. Multiple charging points circle the table, eliminating the scramble for power outlets. Our Wi-Fi handles video calls and file sharing without interruption, while complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits keep energy levels steady throughout your meeting. The Board Room particularly suits creative workshops where teams draw inspiration from the design pieces visible through the glass walls. Strategy sessions benefit from the professional atmosphere, while client presentations gain credibility from the sophisticated surroundings. We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with Barbican Underground station just a short walk away at our 47 Gee Street location. Our team maintains the space between bookings and can arrange additional catering when needed. As a working showroom that hosts product launches and industry seminars, we understand what makes meetings productive.
