The Lancaster Room transforms Victorian grandeur into modern meeting functionality, where 60 delegates can gather beneath an ornate chandelier that catches morning light through tall period windows. We've arranged this space to work beautifully for presentations, with our 100-inch display screen positioned for clear sightlines from every seat, whether you prefer theatre-style rows or a more intimate U-shape for 18 participants. Original crown moldings frame the high ceiling while classical mirrors amplify the natural brightness that defines this room. Our stage area comes equipped with professional sound equipment, podium and speakers, ready for your keynote presentations or panel discussions. Between sessions, that electric piano in the corner has sparked more than one impromptu performance, we've noticed. The deep blue carpet grounds the space with a subtle pattern that complements rather than competes with the architectural details above. Wall sconces provide warm lighting options as afternoon turns to evening, maintaining the atmosphere whether you're running a full-day conference or an afternoon training session. Our venue sits precisely where convenience meets character, with Lancaster Gate station bringing Central Line connections just minutes away, while Paddington offers Elizabeth Line access for those traveling from further afield. Kensington Gardens provides a natural break space when your team needs fresh perspective between sessions. This Grade II listed room serves boardroom meetings for 18 just as comfortably as it hosts larger conferences. We maintain every Victorian detail with care, understanding that these original features create an environment quite different from contemporary meeting spaces. The combination of historical architecture and modern presentation technology gives your gathering a distinctive setting that participants remember long after leaving.
