We've designed this space specifically for meetings that matter, whether you're bringing together a board of directors or running intensive training sessions. The suite comfortably hosts 35 delegates theatre-style, while our classroom configuration works perfectly for 16 participants who need desk space for laptops and materials. When you need more intimate breakout sessions, we can divide the room using our soundproof partition, creating two separate spaces that function independently. Our boardroom setup seats 24 around sleek dark wood tables, with high-backed chairs that keep everyone comfortable during long strategy sessions. Every practical detail has been considered here. The built-in plasma screen connects easily to your devices, and we provide flipcharts and stationery as standard. While the room doesn't have windows, our contemporary lighting keeps the space bright and energising throughout your sessions. Free WiFi runs reliably across the suite, and our in-house IT team stays nearby to assist with any technical requirements. Our venue sits directly beneath Windsor Castle's historic ramparts, making us remarkably accessible. Windsor & Eton Riverside station is just a short walk away, with regular trains from London Paddington and easy connections to Heathrow. If you're driving, the M4 brings you almost to our doorstep. Between sessions, your delegates can step out onto our riverside terrace or gather in The Brasserie for working lunches. Our kitchen team creates menus specifically for corporate groups, from energising breakfast meetings to formal dinner presentations. We accommodate all dietary requirements, including halal options, and keep refreshments flowing throughout your event. Everything was fine with the room, great size and worked for what we needed. While there were TVs they didn't actually have access to any channels which was really important for us on that day. We moved rooms in the end and the on-site IT team created a hack but it wasn...
