Our Meeting Room opens directly onto the civic hall's main corridor, giving you privacy while keeping you connected to the building's energy. Natural light fills the space through generous windows overlooking the town centre, creating the kind of bright atmosphere that keeps afternoon sessions productive. We've arranged the room to seat 30 comfortably around our boardroom tables, though we often reconfigure for smaller groups who prefer a more compact setup. The wooden flooring brings warmth to business discussions, while our neutral walls provide the perfect backdrop for your presentations on the projection screen. We keep the projector and audio equipment ready to go, so there's no fussing with technology when you arrive. What really sets this space apart is the direct access to our kitchen. Your morning coffees and working lunches arrive without disrupting the flow of your meeting. We find this particularly helpful during all-day training sessions when regular refreshment breaks keep everyone engaged. The kitchen connection also means hot food stays hot and cold drinks stay cold, something our regular booking groups always mention they appreciate. Getting here couldn't be simpler.
