Crystal I&II transforms from intimate boardroom to expansive conference space with the simple slide of a partition wall. Our most versatile meeting room accommodates everything from 50-person strategy sessions in Crystal I to full-scale presentations for 200 delegates when both sections combine. Sophisticated chandeliers cast warm light across the patterned carpet, creating an atmosphere that keeps participants engaged without the harsh fluorescents found in typical conference venues. The large presentation screen anchors one end of the room, positioned so every seat enjoys clear sightlines, whether you're running a training workshop or delivering quarterly results. We've configured this space countless times, from U-shape layouts that encourage discussion among 30 executives to classroom-style setups for 100-person product launches. The room division allows simultaneous breakout sessions, with Crystal I hosting 50 delegates while Crystal II accommodates 70, perfect for workshops that alternate between large presentations and smaller group activities. Just a 10-minute walk from Winchester's cathedral and train station, our venue sits at the heart of Hampshire's historic capital.
