The Worcester room brings together everything you need for a focused meeting in surroundings that feel refreshingly different from typical corporate spaces. Red carpeting runs throughout, complemented by white-covered chairs arranged with gold bows, while our original chandelier provides gentle lighting overhead. We've hosted board meetings here for forty executives around our boardroom table, training sessions for forty-five in classroom style, and presentations for up to 120 delegates in theatre format. The room adapts equally well to U-shaped layouts for thirty participants when discussion and interaction matter most. For evening functions, we can arrange banquet seating for eighty guests. Natural light streams through our large windows, framed by patterned curtains that can be drawn when presentations require dimmed conditions. The wood-panelled walls create an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming, helping teams relax into productive conversations. We find the traditional features actually help people think differently, away from glass-walled meeting rooms they use every day. Our venue sits between Cardiff and Newport, making Worcester accessible from both cities. We're five miles from either station, with free parking right outside for those driving. The room comes equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi that handles video calls and presentations without dropping out. During breaks, your team can step into our seven acres of gardens, or make use of our Panacea leisure facilities. Many groups schedule longer breaks to let delegates swim in our heated pool or decompress in the sauna, returning to Worcester refreshed for afternoon sessions.
