The Aztec Meeting Room works brilliantly for focused team discussions and client presentations. We've designed this ground floor space to seat eight people comfortably around our white conference table, with ergonomic black chairs that keep everyone comfortable through those longer strategy sessions. The navy accent wall creates a professional backdrop for video calls, while our wall-mounted screen connects easily through Bluetooth or HDMI for presentations. We've installed modern linear lighting that provides clear, even illumination across the table, making it easy to read documents and maintain eye contact during discussions. The air conditioning runs consistently, keeping the temperature just right whatever the weather outside. Our venue sits in Bristol's premier business park, right by the M4/M5 interchange with free parking for all attendees. Bristol Parkway station is 2.5 miles away for those arriving by train. Previous guests have mentioned the building can be confusing to find, as there are two Regus buildings at Aztec West and our area shares its name with The Quadrant. We're in building 2530, not 2440 where taxis often stop first, so it's worth mentioning the specific building number when booking transport. The room comes with instant WiFi connection and we provide complimentary tea and coffee throughout your booking.
