The Desert Island Discs room carries the creative spirit of BBC broadcasting into your next meeting. We've designed this space around a long wooden table crafted from warm timber, where 14 people can gather comfortably in our olive-green chairs that strike the perfect balance between support and style during those longer strategy sessions. Natural light pours through the glass panels that line the walls, keeping the energy up throughout your day. The textured wooden walls add depth to the space, while our retro-inspired lighting fixtures create just the right ambiance for both morning briefings and afternoon workshops. You'll spot a framed record on the wall, a subtle nod to the legendary radio programme that gives this room its name. We've mounted a large presentation screen on the main wall, making it simple to share your ideas with the whole team. The room comes equipped with video conferencing capabilities, so remote colleagues can join seamlessly. While some guests have mentioned occasional audio hiccups across our venue, we're actively working on improvements to ensure your meetings run smoothly. The space works particularly well for executive meetings and collaborative workshops. Teams of five find plenty of room to spread out materials and work comfortably, while larger groups up to 14 can still maintain that intimate boardroom feel. Water is provided throughout your booking, and you'll find excellent coffee spots nearby if you need that extra caffeine boost between sessions. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street stations just a short walk away. Our venue operates 24/7, so whether you're planning an early morning session or prefer evening meetings, you'll have access whenever works best for your schedule.

Room size great for 5 people.
Microphone / speaker issue. Zoom call we could see the others on the screen and they could see us, but they couldn’t hear us speaking.
Too hot in meeting room.
