The Churchward Suite combines practicality with comfort in a 43-square-meter space where natural daylight streams through the windows throughout your meeting. We've found this creates an energizing atmosphere that keeps delegates engaged, whether you're running a morning workshop or afternoon strategy session. Our neutral grey walls and contemporary artwork provide a professional backdrop without being distracting, while the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside. We can arrange the room in boardroom style for up to 16 people when you need everyone around one table, or theatre style accommodating 30 delegates for presentations. Many groups also choose our cabaret layout for interactive sessions. The suite comes with complimentary WiFi that actually works reliably, something our regular clients particularly appreciate. When you need audio-visual equipment for presentations, just let us know and we'll have everything set up before your delegates arrive. The room's position in our venue means minimal noise from other areas, allowing your team to focus on the task at hand. During breaks, your delegates often head to our lobby Starbucks for a quick coffee, or grab lunch at our 14Twelve Brasserie where the chef uses local Wiltshire suppliers. Some groups prefer working lunches delivered directly to the suite, which we're happy to arrange. The 24-hour fitness center proves popular with those staying overnight who want to maintain their routine. Getting here couldn't be simpler, we're just off the M4 with plenty of parking spaces, so nobody circles looking for a spot. Swindon town center is minutes away if anyone needs to dash out for supplies.
