The MR01 meeting room works perfectly when you need a private space for focused discussions with up to four people. We've kept this room deliberately simple, creating an environment where nothing distracts from the conversation at hand. The square table sits at just the right height for laptops and notebooks, surrounded by ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during longer sessions. Without windows, the room creates its own bubble of concentration, lit by overhead lighting that we've carefully positioned to avoid glare on the wall-mounted presentation screen. That screen has proven invaluable for client presentations, walking through proposals, or sharing data during team reviews. The white walls and minimal decor, save for one abstract artwork that adds a splash of colour, help maintain focus while avoiding the sterile feel of traditional meeting spaces. Our venue sits just five minutes' walk from Gloucester Railway Station, making it straightforward for clients or colleagues travelling in. The bus station is even closer if that suits better. We've noticed many professionals appreciate being able to grab lunch in the city centre between meetings, or sometimes extend client discussions over dinner nearby. For those finishing late, Kingsholm Stadium often has evening matches that make for a relaxed end to busy days. The room forms part of our wider workspace on Worcester Street, where the reception team handles visitor arrivals smoothly. Between meetings, the kitchen provides space to refuel, while our business lounge offers somewhere to catch up on emails or prepare for your next session. We've designed MR01 for those moments when you need guaranteed privacy and zero interruptions, whether that's interviewing candidates, negotiating contracts, or simply getting your team aligned on the next quarter's priorities.
