The Voltigeur Suite offers a practical workspace right here at our venue, perfect for teams who need a focused environment for their meetings and training sessions. We've arranged this particular room with wooden tables and comfortable blue chairs that your delegates will appreciate during longer sessions, and the professional atmosphere helps everyone stay productive throughout the day. Our team regularly sets up the Voltigeur Suite in different configurations depending on what works best for your agenda. The U-shape layout you'll see in the photos works brilliantly for interactive workshops with up to 20 participants, though we can easily switch to theatre style if you're presenting to 45 people, or create a boardroom setup for 26 colleagues around the table. The classroom arrangement fits 20 comfortably with space for note-taking, while reception-style events can host 40 guests mingling comfortably. The large projection screen at the front of the room means your presentations will be clearly visible from every seat, and our reliable Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected to what they need. We've installed bright recessed ceiling lighting throughout, which compensates for the lack of windows and maintains good visibility for note-taking and screen viewing all day long. You'll find contemporary artwork on the neutral-coloured walls adds a touch of character without being distracting. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable regardless of how many people you have in the room, and being in a smoke-free environment means the air stays fresh. Your attendees can park free of charge in our car park, and with the A64 nearby plus connections to the M1, getting here is straightforward whether they're coming from Leeds, Sheffield or further afield.
