We've hosted everything from board meetings for 10 to training workshops for 50 people here, and the room adapts beautifully to each format. Step inside and you'll find a thoughtfully designed space with patterned carpeting and warm, neutral walls that create a welcoming atmosphere for your delegates. The large HD TV screen mounted on the wall handles presentations brilliantly, whether you're video conferencing with remote colleagues or sharing detailed spreadsheets. We keep the room bright with carefully positioned lighting, and our air conditioning system maintains the perfect temperature year-round, so nobody's distracted by being too hot or cold. For your meeting setup, we can arrange the room in theatre style for 50 attendees, boardroom format for 25, or U-shaped for more interactive sessions. Many groups appreciate the dedicated refreshment area where we set up coffee and tea stations, giving everyone a natural gathering point during breaks. We provide flipcharts and stationery as standard, and the room's layout leaves plenty of space for delegates to move around comfortably between sessions. The private entrance means your group won't get lost wandering through corridors, and there's a cloakroom right here for coats and bags. Being just 10 minutes from Leicester city centre makes us easy to find, while Leicester Railway Station and East Midlands Airport are both nearby for those travelling from further afield.
