We've arranged the space around a U-shaped table that seats 18 comfortably, though we can accommodate 30 in theatre style when you need a larger presentation format. The wooden accents and potted plants throughout the room remind everyone they're working within 326 acres of botanical collections, not trapped in another glass tower. Your presentations run smoothly on our in-built screen and projector system, while natural light keeps everyone alert without harsh fluorescents. During coffee breaks, that private terrace becomes an extension of your meeting space. Team members often tell us they solve their trickiest problems while standing among the plants, cup in hand, watching gardeners tend the heritage landscapes beyond. The room opens directly to our gardens, so lunch becomes an opportunity to clear heads along our paths.
