The Tony Waddington Suite transforms from matchday hospitality space to your next meeting venue, with those same pitch-facing windows that frame dramatic goals now providing natural light for your presentations. Our largest suite accommodates 400 delegates theatre-style or 70 around a boardroom table, with multiple configurations in between including classroom layouts for 130 or U-shaped arrangements for 50. Walking into the suite, you'll notice how the neutral colour palette works with any corporate branding or presentation style. The floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the room, and on clear days, the natural light eliminates any need for harsh overhead lighting until late afternoon. We've installed built-in audio-visual systems that connect directly with laptops and tablets, so there's no hunting for adapters or wrestling with unfamiliar equipment. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even when the room reaches capacity, and our AV technicians remain on hand throughout your event to handle any technical requirements. For hybrid meetings, the suite's acoustics and integrated sound system ensure remote participants hear every word clearly. Our venue sits just off the M6 with over 2,000 parking spaces available, and the local rail connections bring delegates from Manchester in under an hour. We coordinate arrival times and parking arrangements in advance, so your attendees walk straight from their cars to registration without confusion. The catering team prepares everything from working lunches to formal dinners in our kitchens, using local suppliers where possible. Coffee stations remain topped up throughout the day, and dietary requirements are handled individually rather than as an afterthought. Our events coordinators work through your agenda beforehand, planning room turnarounds and break timings to keep everything running smoothly.
