The Pembroke room sits on our third floor, where daylight streams through the large windows throughout your meeting. We've found this natural brightness helps keep energy levels up during those longer sessions, and you can adjust the air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Our flexible layouts work for different meeting styles. Set up as a boardroom, we seat 28 around the table for focused discussions. Need more space? Theatre style accommodates up to 90 delegates, while classroom arrangement fits 30 with writing space for everyone. The U-shape configuration for 21 creates an intimate setting where everyone can see each other clearly. The room features modern furnishings with burgundy upholstered chairs that provide proper support during extended meetings. Our neutral décor with subtle patterned carpeting creates a professional atmosphere without distractions. We've equipped the space with reliable Wi-Fi, essential for presentations and remote participants. Being on the third floor, you're away from street noise while still having easy lift access. Many groups use this as their main meeting room, then break out into smaller spaces if needed. The room dimensions allow for comfortable movement even at full capacity, and there's space at the front for presenters to move naturally. Our central Cardiff location means your attendees can reach us easily. We're about 15 minutes' walk from Cardiff Central station, convenient for those arriving by train or bus. The Principality Stadium and Cardiff Castle are nearby, useful landmarks when giving directions.
