Our ground floor Cherwell Room brings together everything you need for a productive meeting in Oxford. This 126-square-metre space welcomes up to 80 delegates in theatre style, while smaller groups appreciate the boardroom setup for 20 or classroom arrangement for 45. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels high during those crucial afternoon sessions. We've equipped the room with three Samsung 4K Ultra HD displays, a 65-inch main screen complemented by two 49-inch monitors, all with HDMI connectivity for crystal-clear presentations. The flexible layout means we can quickly reconfigure from morning boardroom discussions to afternoon training workshops, with our comfortable blue chairs and moveable tables adapting to your agenda. Just ten minutes on foot from Oxford Rail Station, our venue sits beside the River Thames in Osney Mead, making arrival straightforward whether your team travels by train or car. Local park-and-ride services connect directly to our location, and the new Westgate centre is only twelve minutes away for those extending their stay.
