Our Board Room sits within the neo-Georgian splendour of the Main Building, where solid oak doors open into a space that balances heritage with modern functionality. High arched windows frame views across our 46-acre wooded campus while flooding the room with natural light throughout the day. We've configured this space to seat 20 delegates around the boardroom table, or 10 in classroom style when training sessions require individual workstations. The room works particularly well for strategic planning sessions, board meetings, professional interviews, and focused team discussions where every voice needs to be heard clearly. Modern audiovisual equipment integrates seamlessly into the classical architecture. Our projector and screen support your presentations while maintaining the room's distinguished character. The PC station connects directly to the projection system, making it straightforward to share documents, presentations, or video content with your group. The ornate architectural details create an atmosphere that encourages thoughtful discussion, while the practical layout ensures everyone can engage fully in the conversation. We find the natural light and campus views help maintain energy levels during long sessions, though blinds provide complete light control when needed for presentations. Our location in a quiet conservation area means minimal distractions during your meetings, yet Belfast city centre remains easily accessible for delegates travelling from further afield. Free parking on campus removes one more concern from your day, allowing participants to arrive relaxed and ready to contribute. Our catering team can arrange refreshments directly to the Board Room, from morning coffee service to working lunches that keep discussions flowing. For multi-day sessions, having 469 bedrooms on campus means your team can stay focused without the disruption of daily commutes.
