That's what you'll find in our Cabot meeting room, a compact space on one of the upper floors where we've arranged everything for focused boardroom discussions. We've set up this room with a modern table and ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer sessions. The large window runs along one side, and we've fitted vertical blinds so you can control the natural light streaming in. When you're presenting, the wall-mounted flat-screen TV handles your slides and documents clearly, while the flip chart stand in the corner works perfectly for brainstorming sessions. One thing our regular clients appreciate is the coffee machine we've tucked into the cabinet. It means you can refuel without interrupting the flow of your meeting, and there's space on top for water and cups. We've also hung a piece of abstract art on the wall, which adds some colour without being distracting, and there's a clock positioned where everyone can see it to help keep your agenda on track. The room sits within our 18-storey tower in central Bristol, where high-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner. When you arrive, you'll find us opposite Castle Park, with Bristol Temple Meads Station just a five-minute walk away. Our recently refurbished ground floor reception leads to high-speed lifts that bring you straight up to your floor. If you're driving, we have on-site parking available. This boardroom-style space works particularly well for interviews, client presentations, strategy sessions, or any meeting where four people need to have focused, productive conversations. Everything you need is already here, from the presentation screen to the refreshments, in a room designed to help small teams achieve big results.
